Open the Start menu of Windows and type the command CMD When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter. Code: wusa /uninstall /KB:4041691 Let me know if it says it was successful or you get the message: The update KB4041691 is not installed on this computer.

B bkosty Active member Joined May 26, 2023 Posts 30 Aug 1, 2023 #3 The update was found and uninstalled. A reboot shows as pending. Ill schedule in a reboot to complete this. Can i try installing the latest cumulative update after the reboot or should i try something else first?
