Three Updates Failing to Install with error 0x80073712:
Servicing Stack Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5023788)

Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5029242)

Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows Server 2016 for x64 (KB5028952)

SFC begins scan then states "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation"

Dism Runs but ends with the following:

[==========================100.0%==========================] The restore operation failed. Either the repair source was not found or the component store cannot be repaired.

Error: 0x800f081f

Anyone have any ideas on this? I can't run any updates manually and it seems like something is wrong at the OS level with SFC failing.
