Server 2016 error 0x80073712

Hello
I'm getting this error when I'm trying to install cumulative updates. The problem started after failed try to install KB4489889. The server is Citrix sbcmaster, so maybe it is something more complexive.
I already checked the component store and fixed it with DISM.
But everytime it is getting corrupted, when I'm trying to install the updates.
Can someone assist me?
