Server 2016 error 0x80070476 with KB5041773 too many links

Hello,
i have a problem with the update in objetc.

i alredy tried all the classic method DISM and SFC, reset windows update component but without any result.

both DISM and sfc commands returned no errors

i attached the 2 logs

could you help me?

after i launched again dism commad with restorepackage (with error 2) and than i tried to install cab with dism i managed to install the update
