Server 2016 Datacenter VM cant install cumulative Updates

Hey, im in dire need of help.

Our Windows Server 2016 Datacenter wont install cumulative updates anymore.
It started with the 06-2022 cumulative update and we tried to let it pass but they wont install the 07-2022 update KB5015808 either.

The update gets installed and after reboot and 100% completion the rollback begins.
SFC, DISM and SFCFix all completed without errors and the CBS log is a little overwhelming.
I tried solutions from your forum where applicable like these:

Unfortunately they did not work.

Download and run SetupDiag from Microsoft

• Download
  
  SetupDiag to your desktop.
• Right-click on SetupDiag.exe and select Run as administrator.
• When completed the following files are created: "Logs.zip, SetupDiag.exe.config and SetupDiagResults.log"
• Attach SetupDiagResults.log and Logs.zip to your next reply.
