Server 2016 - 0x80073701 - Can't install Cumulative Updates

Please help!

I have the exact same issue with the CBS logs in the article below except the KB listed in the logs is KB4103720

Windows Server Update failure: 0x80073701

I work in IT and I tried to download the files that were provided for the poster to see what is being done in the registry after you load the hive.

I downloaded FRST64 and searched the registry for the KB that is prominent in my CBS logs.
