Server 2012 Standard R2 VHD?

I am trying to get a new Server 2012 Std Rd VM going for a business - I have a key from the old server that got hit with RYUK Ransomware. I have downloaded every EVAL VHD version of Server 2012 R2 on MS's eval site, and regardless of which one I get, it ends up being DATACENTER, which will not downgrade to Standard. When you download, you select Datacenter or Standard, but they are BOTH Datacenter!
Is there another reliable place I can get a good VHD of Standard R2?
Also, any help ensuring we have gotten rid of RYUK+Emotet+Trickbot (as well as any back doors that an active hacker might have installed when accessing this system) would be helpful as well.
