Server 2012 SFC repair fails / Dism Error 1726

Hey guys - after a cloned hard disk because of some defect sectors, Server 2012 R2 Essentials is booting again, but few services are not working properly.
SFC is not able to repair all files, Dism is failing with Error 1726 - remote procedure call failed.

Other Error is showing on Server Manager or PowerShell for example: Common Language runtime detected an invalid program.. (I reckon sth about Net Framework corruption)
