Server 2008 R2 - Server updates fail to installed since 06-2016 - Error 8007371B

I have a server running Server 2008 R2 that have not been able to install windows server updates on since june 2016. I can install office updates, and I've tried many things I have found online to fix the issue but no luck so far. Error code is: 8007371B

Tried SFC, SUR, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth, rebuilding Windows update....etc.

- Run the SFCFix tool and post the log in your next reply.
- Do you have both high CPU & memory usage for one "Svchost.exe" process ?

Download the following updates:

Download Security Update for Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Edition (KB3153171) from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download Security Update for Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Edition (KB3161561) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Install each by following these instructions:

Install Update with DISM

  1. Download the update MSU linked above.
  2. Copy the MSU file to a convenient location (such as C:\temp).
  3. Click on the Start
    Start%20Orb.jpg
    button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  4. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  5. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    cd C:\temp

    replace C:\temp with your path if different

    expand {update name}.msu -f:* C:\temp

    replace {update name} with the name of the MSU file downloaded in step 1

    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp\{update name}.cab

  6. You should receive the message:

    The operation completed successfully.

    If you receive any other message:
  7. Right-click on the Command Prompt window and click Select All, this will invert all of the colors by selecting the text, now press enter. All of this text is now copied.
  8. Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your next post please.

If the update installation fails, zip and attach CBS.log
If the zip is larger than 8MB, use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the ink with your reply.

If both updates install successfully, attempt to install kb3177186 and kb3175024 again.
 
Thank you. I followed the procedure and I was able to install kb3177186 and kb3175024. However, I still get installation failed on other windows updates, particularly Cumulative Security Updates for IE11 (KB3170106 & KB3175443). Attached CBS log.
