Server 2008 R2 - Server Manager error and Windows Update issues

I'm trying to cleanly demote a 2008 R2 DC, and am getting errors detecting AD binaries even with dcpromo /forceremoval. I've spent some time trying to chase down issues, but the furthest I've gotten is "CSI Missing Deployment Key" for the thousands of corrupted items detected by this and by SFCFix.exe. My initial thought was that this had to do with the cryptography updates a couple years back, but all of these seemed to install properly.

Anyone willing to lend a hand? Here's the output of SFCFix.exe for starters:

Here's the attached log. I did mean to follow up with additional info per the post instructions, I'll review those now, but please find CheckSUR.log in the attached .zip.
