September 2024 Update Failing

I've been battling with a stubborn machine failing to install the September 2024 update, I've tried using SFC and DISM commands trying to resolve the issue, recreating the SoftwareDistribution folder to no avail. I even went as far as creating an image from another identical machine and using that WIM with the /limitaccess switch but nothing seems to work.

Would you be able to help us with this issue?
