So those 3 files (WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.dll , etc) failed to "hydrate", presumably from the "deltas" it's looking for. Those files exist on the system with version: 10.0.19041.173 and date of 2020/4/4. But I'm not sure how the system works in detail to proceed further.
How should I be moving towards a solution? Thanks.
