The beta for version 6 of ESET’s line of products has been launched a very short while ago. Features such as Personal Firewall and Parental Control are available in Smart Security 6 beta only, while Idle-State Scanning and Scan While Downloading Files are present in Nod32 Antivirus as well.

ESET Smart Security 6 New Features Overview

ESET introduced yesterday version 6 of their line of security products, Nod32 Antivirus and the more feature-rich Smart Security. The progress in both suites is marked by integration of new components, such as “Idle-state Scanning”, “Scan while Downloading Files” and “Update Rollback”.
