Script error when opening services.msc in extended mode

Hello, I have a Windows 8.1 computer where when trying to open services.msc it shows a script error as per the attached image.

I noticed that some programs cannot open such as Trend Micro Antivirus, it does not show the console. I think this might have something to do with it.

Have you ever caught something similar?

Open an elevated command prompt. Hit start, type cmd, CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER

In the command window that opens copy and paste the following DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth into it and press ENTER.

Let it finish.

In the same command window copy and paste the following sfc /scannow into it and press Enter.

Let it finish.

Hopefully, this will repair any issues that might be causing your symptoms.
