Hello all,
I have noticed that when I run my PC in Safe Mode, the little white flag pops up in the red and it´s not because of Windows Update being off (it use to be).
It´s because my Action Center is turned off. It tells me to turn it on, but when I try, an error pops up stating it cannot open.
Since I thought this might be related to sfc /scannow, I went ahead and did a scan and tried to fix with the fitit tool.
Attached are my results, if they help.
I am now installing Readiness Tool and see if that helps.
