Dmitry Zubakha of Moscow was indicted in May 2011 for two denial of service attacks on the online retailer. The man also conducted similar attacks in June 2008 on Priceline.com and eBay, according to the indictment, which was opened Thursday by U.S. Attorney Jenny Durkan.
