RMA'd hard drive with bad sectors replaced but issues after retore of backup

Had to RMA a hard drive but had to restore a backup after bad sectors had already developed on the drive. Restored the backup and the Windows7 SP1 Home x32 machine boots and seems to run fine. However sfc /scannow reported corrupted files which if could not fix. Ran SURT reports issues. Also ran SFCFix

This issue has been resolved. Managed to extract these files from Install.wim on a DVD and transferred them over to WinSxS folder on the computer.
