Don't know whether I'm sad about this or not. Only really used it for a short time, been on Firefox ever since that came out, so never formed any real attachment to IE.

I've used IE since getting involved with the forums in 2007.

Then after writing a tutorial here ~2-3 years ago and after noticing that everything in code boxes left-justified itself, I finally changed to Edge.

However, after somewhat recent Windows 10 Windows Updates, I now have a context menu selection when right-clicking on a link that reads "Open link in new Internet Explorer mode tab" (while using Edge) that has only appeared recently.

Does anyone know if this is some new version of IE?

The option always existed because Edge was not compatible with some older sites.

I'm glad to see the back of it. It's been a long time coming getting rid of IE!
