Hello, what options are available to recover a Stop c000021a, if there is no Backup for the Registry at all?
Is it possible to get e.g. from system.log the information what was recently changed in system hive?
Also I'm wondering how come, that i cannot issue sfc.exe /scannow from the recovery console logged in in the system?
I can list it from the command prompt by dir sfc.exe, But the system cannot find the sfc.exe by issuing .\sfc.exe in the directory where sfc.exe resides.
Do I have to integrate sfc.exe into the recovery console on the restore (install) cd? I created it with nLite, because I had to load an intel AHCI-Driver (IRST ICH7, Intel® 7 Series C216 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller, 11.1.5.1001), because I get an Stop b7 without that driver, and I got no floppy device for F6.
