Been retired for 3yrs after working 35yrs in I/T support. Unfortunately, I'm stumped as to why my laptop won't upgrade my Win10 OS. I've tried everything within my personal skills level/knowledge with no progress towards a fix. I'll post another thread with the details and maybe you folks can provide one.
