restarts on any installation media

Hi,
My PC had error 0xc000000f that can't read bcd files or contains error on the boot
I finally deleted all partitions in my disk and create new partitions to install fresh windows 10 but on process of installing the PC restarts itself randomly without any warning or etc.
It restarts whether the windows installation disk or any bootable medias like bootrepair disks. I tried a windows 10 bootable usb but whenever it wants to boot from USB it restarts quickly.
and also I tried startup repair but failed, and bootrec /fixboot /fixmbr and nothing:(
Anyone can help me?
 
Hello.

A question: when you install Windows 10, do you take the bootable USB off when the installation finishes? If you let it inserted, the computer will restart again and again from the USB.

you mean boot priority in BIOS, but it restarts in the middle of installation process that shows copying new files and other...

Thank you, I checked it with another power supply and nothing changed. I also used HDD with another motherboard and was working well.

Run:

1) Memtest86 version 9.0 (or newer version if available) for four passes.

Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

Thanks for your solution, in the first pass of memtest89 one of the ram cards had 65800 error!! then I used only the correct one and the problem fixed. many thanks:)
