I have a Dell Inspiron laptop running windows 7. It is constantly displaying a message that I need to "restart my computer to finish installing important updates". No matter how many times i restart, it comes right back. I have tried numerous things on my own and it still won't go away. Don't know if this is causing my computer to run so slowly, or something else, but I'm about to throw away this thing!! Please help.
