Literally all of these were Related to PSINAflt.sys PSINAflt Filter Driver from
Panda Security, S.L. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

EDIT Upon further inspection you have an odd item in startup. May be malware. In addition to panda please run Malwarebytes.

Update it immediately.
