I just reinstalled Windows using recovery partition on a Dell laptop. Everything went fine, however the "Repair Your Computer" in the F8 menu stopped working. Whenever I select that option my laptop would boot into Windows normally.
After that I tried to boot from Windows installation CD and selecting repair mode there. I got a message that my boot manager was fixed and I need to restart. Now, every time I restart my computer is asks me which Windows to boot and gives me two options which are the same.

How can I delete one of the options and get the "Repair Your Computer" option to work again?

That worked, however my "Repair Your Computer" options still boots into normal Windows instead of the recovery mode.

I "think" what you may need to do is to create a system repair dvd from control panel > backup and recovery > see upper left corner and click Create a system repair disk. Load up a cd or dvd and let win make the disk. Then reboot (disk should be bootable). Of course hit a key to boot from cd or dvd. You should be in recovery mode. Good luck

I reinstalled Windows using Repair Your Computer less than 24h ago, I just want this functionality to work again without burning and disks

Repair your computer is not reinstalling.
Please clarify - still boots into normal Windows instead of the recovery mode.
What do you need from "recovery mode"?

When I select "Repair Your Computer" in the F8 menu, my computer simply boots into Windows instead of booting into Windows Recovery Options menu.
