Remote Desktop Scaling and Resolution

Hello,

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro with windows 10.

Sometimes I use Remote Desktop to connect to another computer with a different resolution and the Remote Desktop Windows is not legible for how high is the resolution of my screen (2736x1824) compared to the one of the PC I am connecting to (1920x1080).

Until today I managed to bypass the problem adding a key in the registry and publishing a mtsc manifest file as described here :

Surface Pro 4 (Windows 10) - Remote desktop, other programs appear too small

Today I updated to Windows 10 2004 and the problem happened again.
Sometimes with updates I had to re-enter the registry key.

But in the current windows 10 2004 version the path :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > SideBySide

was not present.

So I manually added it, but it did not solve.

Any idea on how and if this issue can be solved ?

The only way for me is to connect an external monitor with a different resolution and move the Remote Desktop Windows to this monitor, but it is not that good.

thanks
