I had a drive fill up on a 2019 server and have seen file issues in the log from kb5029247 update and some registry issues. Could you take a look and see if it's possible to fix. Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Edit:
The error I'm getting on cumulative update 2024-04 is 0x800703f1. Also can't install 4.8 NET because of registry corruption.

Hi and welcome to sysnative,

Upload the SCHEMA.DAT file
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\SMI\Store\Machine and copy the SCHEMA.DAT file to your desktop.
  • Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named SCHEMA.ZIP on your desktop.
  • Attach this ZIP-file to your next reply.

Hi,

Step 1. Replace the SCHEMA.DAT file

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 3. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
