REFERENCE_BY_POINTER WIN 7 HOME

Hi,

It looks like Windows Update is reporting some problems. How many updates are currently pending?

For troubleshooting purposes, it's important that Windows is up to date on updates since many contain fixes and improvements.

Can you try installing any pending updates.

Hi,

Checking in, did you get a crash after trying to connect the USB modem?

no error. From the start, the internet connection I used was only from a USB modem.
if I install the nvidia driver, then plug in the Qualcomm usb modem 6000 the blue screen of death appears Driver Power State Failure.

Could you provide a new Sysnative zip file from the tool downloaded from the posting instructions so I can have a look at the crash.

Do you have the Nvidia GPU disabled? I don't see the device itself, only the drivers. If so, is everything working with the Nvidia GPU disabled?

Not disabled. Finished installing the driver 5 minutes later blue screen of death. After logging into Windows the Nvidia GPU just disappeared in device manager.

Its working without Nvidia GPU

No need to quote posts if they're directly above your own post unless you want to respond to something specific and not the entire post. :-)

From where did you download the drivers?

Could you try installing those drivers from Fujitsu.

I suspect this may possibly be an issue with either the drivers or that you can't have both enabled at the same time.

i record for easy but still cannot continue

previously could activate both simultaneously. now every time install the driver it always has a blue screen of death. I've tried from the old version to the newest version, still the blue screen of death

In device manager, if you click "More actions" > "View" > select "Show hidden devices", does the Nvidia GPU show up under "Display adapters"?

Apologies, I didn't yet see that.

There doesn't happen to be a category for 'unknown' devices listed in device manager?
