Reboots without dumps, dump with driver verifier attached

Hi all, machine reboots randomly without dumps. Setup driver verifier and caught kernel and mini dump.

Built myself 3 months ago: P9X79LE, i7 4930K 64GB DDR3-1600, Perc H710P with SSD array, Radeon 6970. all drivers recent.
Booted into windows' own RAM diagnostics tool, all sticks tested out without errors
Perfmon /report didn't want to run. and I'm on Win 8.1
