re: attempted write to random memory BSOD

Hello
I recently installed windows 10 on to my dual core 8 GB system ( its around 10 years old). installation gone smooth without any issue then updated..
nothing else has been installed such as AV or office etc..System is purely Windows 10 Pro and up to date.. then at random time.. Blue screen came saying that
Attempted write to random memory" then restarted .. I googled it but pretty much all same and not sufficient info..
and here I am.. Can anyone please give me some advice or tips..
