Hello. I have a problem with "Ravensburger Puzzle" game. I see only black screen after launching the game. Tested on my both computers - same problem.

Bought the game a weak ago and i tried everything. Was talking with support but they didn't help me to fix that, they say to make fresh system install or refund.
All drivers, DX etc. everything is up to date, i tried compatibility options, resolution, alt+enter, alt+tab, new account profile, DX and drivers reinstall, clean boot etc. nothing helps. It only worked on safe mode but with some visual bugs.
I asked 2 my friends to test this game and it works for them with no problems. One of them has really old computer probably even not updated with drivers etc. because he doesn't care.

No idea why both my computers show black screen. I have no problems with any other game. I'd be very grateful for any type of help, thank you.

PC1:

Win 7 x64
GeForce 9500GT
Core 2 Duo
2GB RAM

PC2: (shortly after system install)

Win 8.1 x64
Radeon HD 7870
i5-3450s
8GB RAM

Hey, thanks for reply :)

Yes it's exactly this game. My res on PC1 is 1366x768 on PC2 1920x1080 but i tested it on different res anyway.

Avira and ESET. I wonder why new account profile or clean boot didn't help but it worked in safe mode.

Right-click the shortcut of the game, click properties, select the compatibility tab, tick "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings", click ok, re-try to start the game.

Open the NVidia control panel (or amd cp), manage 3d settings, program settings tab, add (your game), "select the graphics processor for this program": integrated graphics, apply.

Hmm, i have only my video card there. Use global settings <name of my card> or use graphic card <name of my card>. No integrated. Tried the second option but no difference.

From an elevated command prompt launch these commands, then zip/upload them here:
msinfo32 /nfo "%userprofile%\desktop\MsInfo.nfo"
dxdiag /dontskip /whql:on /t "%userprofile%\desktop\DXDIAG report.txt
They could last some minutes, be patient.

First command created the file but it seems like the second command is not working. Run with admin rights of course. Can i instead make it through dxdiag tool window and save all information?
And btw should i zip/upload them from both PCs or just one for now?

Still nothing ;/ I forgot to mention that i can hear game music, sometimes when i alt+tab i can see main menu screen but only minimized in alt+tab preview window. Also after alt+enter if i move my cursor to the edge, the black screen becomes more dark.
