random restart WHEA-Logger ? proccesssor????

i was watching a video on facebook,at the end, the computer just restarted... it went from tottaly normal screen to black, and then normal startup... and i checked my event time viewer and i found this umm.. toubling thing??

should i be worried?

comp specs,
windows 10 upgrdade from windows 7 pro 64
custom built pc
proccessor:AMD 8120 8.9ghz (not overclocked) (may need to replace the silicone paste for the heatsink soon)
motherboard:Sabertooth 990FX first revision
8gb ram
3 hard drive main being a 250gb SSD kingston
Graphics : nvidia GTX 550 TI 4gb
if need anything else let me know...
