Random BSOD Windows 7 MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a), ntkrnlmp.exe

Hello there.
Friend of mine is getting BSOD frequently (about once per day).
Could you please help me with its solution?
Also, if you can, is it possible to add detailed steps how did you found out what happened?

Just some info - there used to be Windows XP running, after upgrading to Windows 7 this started to appear.

I will meanwhile run chkdsk, memtest and driver verifier.
