Hello and thank you for taking the time to take a look at my issue x.x

· OS -Windows 10 X64
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 7 X64
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
The orginal OS was pre-installed from my old computer moved to my self built computer years ago and then used free upgrade to windows 10

· Age of system (hardware) few years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?
less than a year

· CPU Amd FX 8350 Eight-core processor 4.0ghz
· Video Card nvidia gtx 680
· MotherBoard - Cant remember at moment
· Power Supply - brand & wattage - 850w supernova B2

· System Manufacturer
according to dxdiag it says ECS but it was self built

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

I am using corsair balisticx ram I believe I have a dual channel kit for 16 gigs then a friend gave me another stick like a year and half ago this stick was alot "smaller" looking then the regular sized sticks I'll try running memtest on it i believe its a diff freq then my regular ram not sure if maybe that could be causing an issue x.x

I'll run your recommendations and get back to you thanks!

When running memtest86+, be sure to run 1 stick at a time; alternate the slots.

p.s. Have you tried to run the system without the "smaller" RAM stick to try and rule it out by testing the system without it?
