Random BSOD errors

My Dell G% SE 5505 laptop has been experiencing random BSOD crashes ever since I started using it in December.

  • OS ? (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista) Windows 10
  • x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit)? x64
  • (Only for xp, vista, 7) Service pack?
  • What was original installed OS on system? Windows 10
  • Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? OEM
  • Age of system? (hardware) 3 months
  • Age of OS installation? 3 months
  • Have you re-installed the OS? no
  • CPU AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
  • RAM (brand, EXACT model, w hat slots are you using?) Samsung M471A5244CB0-CWE x2
  • Video Card AMD Radeon RX 5600M
  • MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)
  • Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)
  • Is driver verifier enabled or disabled? disabled
  • What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) Norton 360
  • Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? no
  • Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) WindowsEMU
  • Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system? Alienware tools not in use

You are dealing with an unknown hardware issue here.

From the dumps (bugcheck 0xa dump) - probable cause -
Code:
MODULE_NAME: hardware

Unfortunately, Windows is not capable of telling us the exact piece of hardware that has failed.

Run hardware diagnostics starting with:
The bugchecks from the dumps -
(2) 0xa - driver attempted to access memory that it should not have or RAM is just plain bad
(1) 0x1e (0xc0000005,,,) - kernel threw an exception - 0xc0000005 = memory access violation
(1) 0x3b (0xc0000005,,,) - system service threw an exception - " "
(1) 0x50 - invalid memory referenced
