These are all security updates for Office 2010. Let's repair the Office 2010 installation, and then attempt to install the updates after.

Hi Aura,
last days I had big problems repairing the MS Office 2010. I then tried to uninstall it completely and just now even upgrading it to Office 2013, but I was unfortunately not successful. As it seems there are some problems with the Ownership of some registry keys... I changed the ownership of some of them to (Administrators), and then the installation program went further each time, but there is so many of such keys, that I gave up eventually. Is there a way that I could uninstall Office 2010 in a faster way?

What error code/message are you getting when you try to uninstall Office 2010? Did you ever use PC Optimizer or Registry Cleaner programs?

Yes, I have used Uniblue Powersuite occasionally.

The errors that I got in the uninstaller (and installer) were of type: "Setup cannot open the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\accicons.exe. Verify that you have sufficient permissions to access the registry or contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance. For information about how to contact PSS, see PSS10R.CHM." If I then changed the Ownership of that key to Administrators and allowed Full Permissions to it, the installer then went over that point and then stopped at some latter very similar error.

You should stop using such programs since they only cause issues and rarely do anything good to a computer :)

Follow the instructions below please.

Windows Repair All-In-One
NOTE: Before following to step below, please disable your Antivirus software or any other real-time security software that you have enabled.

Boot in Safe Mode with Networking;
Download the portable version of Windows Repair All-In-One;
Move the file (archive) on your Desktop, and extract it there;
Go in the tweaking.com_windows_repair_aio folder, then Tweaking.com - Windows Repair folder, right-click on Repair_Windows.exe and select Run as Administrator;
From there, click on the Next button until you are presented with an Open Repairs button and click on it;
Let the Registry back up complete, and move on to the check-list window;
Click on the Unselect All button at the bottom, then check the following items:
- Reset Registry Permissions;
- Repair Windows Update;
Once done, click on the Start Repairs button and let the scan execute;
If you are being prompted with a Security Warning, allow it to go through;
Once the repair is complete, it'll ask you to restart your computer, please do it;
