Hi,

I have some problems and errors when I try update my Windows 10. I tried some stuff but all fail in the end. SFC and DISM (with install.wim from ISO) does not work.

DISM output:

Error: 605

The specified buffer contains malformed data.

I tried update to Windows 11 to fix (my pc havent tsm 2.0, but I bypassed with a script) but does not work.

I tried SFCFix, but crashed (without much info).

Thank you.

I have uploaded the COMPONENTS file in case it is necessary, since I see in other threads that you ask for them.
Greetings

Hi and welcome to Sysnative,

Please open an elevated command prompt, run the following command and copy and paste the result in your next post.
Code:
certutil -hashfile %SystemRoot%\WinSxS\x86_netfx4-mscorsvc_dll_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_4.0.15805.285_none_84c54b56f382c0af\mscorsvc.dll SHA256

SHA256 hash x86_netfx4-mscorsvc_dll_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_4.0.15805.285_none_84c54b56f382c0af\mscorsvc.dll:
08cf340ce99183363c9559205f9a8fc9b0077ba24242f00c542b470ba6778256

I take this opportunity to send the new CBS.log where I think nothing appears regarding that dll you ask me about.

Thank you!

Hi, I tried with another zip crafted by me following the cbs.log errors, but it does not boot (recovery mode neither). I will upload that (please, user, dont use that, its for me).

Could I boot into Linux or WinPE to solve what you are asking me to do from now on?

I wanted to try to solve it on my own so as not to bother, sorry. Thanks.
