Problems with Troubleshooting

Hello,

I have got a few problems with Windows updates which I hope can be resolved.

Firstly when I try troubleshooting Windows updates I get “An error occurred while troubleshooting” message.

The details are as follows:

Path: Unknown
Error code: 0x80080003
Source: Engine
User: Allison-PC\Allison
Context: Restricted

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
