Hello guys,
first of all, please excuse my English, it's not that good.
I have double trouble that needs to be fixed.
1. I'm writing because I'm having a problem with the files mentioned in the title, they seem to be corrupted since sfc /scannow can't fix them. I tried multiple Microsoft fix it solutions and replacing the problematic files with the ones from DVD, but the problems still seems to be present.
I used this command to isolate the problematic files (is that correct method?):
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
Ever since I reinstalled my Windows 7 64x in march, I also seem to be having problems with rights, something certainly doesn't work right. I have problems already with deleting or installing certain programs (Example: I tried to delete an antivirus program once, but the uninstallation reported that there is no actual uninstallation file for me to be able to uninstall the antivirus program, so I had to delete it through safe mode with the program's cleaner tool. By the way, PC assumed that this uninstall file is on the drive E, even though it was clearly installed on the C:).
2. Updates (KB3023224) and (KB3035490) are recurring all the time (Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5, 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 on Windows 7).
After I install them through Windows Update, they show up again after one minute. I even downloaded the offline versions of both updates and I get this message on both:
Software Update KB3023224 (or KB3035490) Installation Wizard does not apply, or is blocked by another condition on your computer.
I think that the problem is connected with my E: drive. No matter what I install or try to update (files are in E:\Downloads), it extracts it to root of drive E:. After I extract some installation or update, it always shows up on E: as a locked folder (I think it has a bronze locket on the map icon), which automatically means that update won't install, that's why I think it's a rights problem. Extracted files in that locked folder usually delete themselves after I close the unsuccessful update or installation. Can anyone help me with this? It's really annoying since I always have to look for some workarounds when I try to update some program.
A thing worth mentioning, my drive C: is a new SSD. Drive E is a half a year old hard drive. I also made sure that I have administrator privileges in control panel.
I hope you guys can help me with those problems,
I really don't know how to fix it.
