Problems with SFCFix not working

I ran SFC Scan and couldnt fix the error.
After that I used this command as admin "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth"
Then I ran "Run SFCFix" with a crash on that program (I attach the file)

Is there any other way to fix the problem that "SFC scan" found?
