hello,
I have been having issues installing Nvidia drivers and now when wanting to upgrade to Windows 10 it will not install either. Currently running windows 7 sp1 64 bit. I could just put a fresh copy of windows 7 up i suppose, but was hoping there would be a fix. i replaced both dll.s that were problematic, one was missing completely. Thanks for any insight or help you can give.

Ok, so I ran the Windows readiness tool did some reading around thought I would work on checking everything else to make sure there were no other issues. There were other issues... Windows updates does seem to be working and is regularly updating files. These are all logs after running update tool and letting fix all the issues.

After using the windows disk to replace the Nvidia drivers in the winsxs folder. The errors seem to have cleared as far as Nvidia dlls are concerned. Updated logs still issues after running the windows update diagnostic.

After running windows update diagnostic and running windows standalone update package. It then asks if i want to apply a hotfix, which i did. Then it says initializing and installing, then doesn't seem to install anything and says finished, close. Diagnostic screen shots of issues I'm still having. It says it repairs them, but the issues are the same every time I run it.

Lock up or delete this topic. I went to windows 10 and just wiped it. It wasn't worth the hassel. Thanks for your time.
