Problems with drivers

I wanted to install Hamachi throught Parallels Desktop (I am using macbook m1 )with firstly win11 and now win10 on both when i connected to local net i had yellow triangle and VPN status error i tried to do smth with services but no solution anc i saw that in network adapters i havent got hamachi but i must had it and in device manager there were only bluetooht and ethernet help please
