Please include the following in your post when asking for help with the apps:
Run the apps with Logging enabled. To turn logging on, click Options and then click Logging. Click Options again to ensure that there is a checkbox next to Logging.
Upload the Logs directory from your SysnativeBSODApps installation directory.
