Problems in Windows 10 with playing video's and music

I'm having troubles with my laptop. Since a while i'm having trouble playing video's and music. In spotify i get no sound, on netlix and YouTube I get error codes and even playing my own video's from my harddrive gives an error code.

Streaming Netflix: error code

Could someone help me with the next steps to elliminate this problem?
