Problem with windows 10 file explorer

File explorer occasionally uses too much CPU time causing the machine to slow to a crawl. I have done:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
SFC /scannow (log attached) It finished saying there were files not fixed but reported in the log file. I looked at the log file and googled the error part and it led me here.
SFCFix (log attached) Could not complete.
Many other "fixes" found during a google search. Nothing has worked.
Any ideas would help.

You are using an Insider Build of Windows 10 and this is likely a bug within it. Please report this via the feedback hub there. My advice for you would be to either opt out and use stable builds or simply wait for this to be fixed.
