Hi all,

Hello,

The sound problem is fixed/resolved automatically since last reboot tonight,

but i have actually the others problems below:
have problems with two devices plugged on my galaxy book:
-error to copy data from the sandisk 40 or 50 MB reversible micro usb disk (bootable memtest, originally 16 GB) to 1 Tb WD Element external disk
-impossible to extend 40 or 50 mb actual sandisk micro usb disk to the 16 Gb (no partition table found error)
-boot error on memtest on this sandisk disk
-portables versions of Pc Optimizer Pro & WinSweeper installed on this sandisk usb drive

-the WD Element 1TB external hdd not recognized

2 Gb of free space on C:/

and probleme with 3rd device:
the "pc 3" disk - Kingston Windows to Go Workspace is not detected on bios/uefi/boot disk selection on "PC 1 - Galaxy Book"

and now the link of results of Speccy:

Thanks...

I thought I might be able to help because I own a 2TB Elements portable hd and a Sandisk reversible USB stick but my Galaxy device it a tablet running android, not Windows. I also don't run Windows 10 on any other computer in the house.

You do mean one of these SanDisk devices?

boot error on memtest on this sandisk disk
I don't think it can be used as a boot device. I think it is to move data from 1 device to another.USB-microUSB.jpg

my galaxy book is running on windows 10 x64,
the wd element is 1 tb, but not 2 Tb,

i resolved the partitionning of the sandisk memtest with Paragon Hard Disk Manager and the sandisk is newly a 16 Gb disk, i booted on this sandisk memtest now, and i have finally no boot error and i boot succesfully on memtest,

but the two others errors persists:
-1 Tb external WD Element not recognized on explorer/galaxy book
-error of copy from sandisk memtest to wd element

i scanned the explorer and the disks with ad-aware but the errors persists,

First of all you appear to have 2 Antivirus programs on your system one Dangerous IMHO (Comodo) and one that is intrusive but not very helpful with today's threats.
You use System Optimizer Pro and possibly Advanced System Repair and WinSweeper among the most useless intrusive and dangerous programs available to you.
I see where you have Avast "disabled" but that does not matter it is still there and still functioning in your system and needs to be uninstalled to be disabled properly and indeed among the most difficult programs to remove from Windows of any program I have ever used and you disabled Windpows Defender the best protection out there so I suspect if you remove all the free bloatware completely and then can enable WD, everything will work just fine if you have not already damaged the registry beyond repair with use of such things.
