Problem with video card driver signature

My computer is taking a long time to reach the login screen, about 10 minutes. However, once it boots up, it functions normally. Yesterday, I tried using DISM to see if the issue would be resolved, but I received a message stating that everything was okay with the system. Today, I noticed that the option to suspend the computer had disappeared. When checking the Device Manager, I saw that both installed video drivers had a yellow exclamation mark and the following warning:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

I tried updating the drivers from the manufacturer's website, but my computer doesn't even detect the drivers. I'm unable to open any programs that require the use of the graphics card.

What should I do?

None of the screenshots will do us any good as we don't read the language.

That being said, we can try this:

Follow the directions here to remove both drivers, the Intel and AMD.

Once you completed this, download the AMD driver from here and install it. Choose the one that matches your OS. Reboot and let us know if it helps.

I agree with @xrobwx71, remove both of the drivers completely and then install them again. The issue is probably because of a missing or corrupted .cat file in your driver package so it can't verify the hash of the .sys file for your driver or vice versa.
