Hi, would appreciate any help on this problem.
We are a community college. We have DeepFreeze installed on all of our computers in the computer labs. Windows update is scheduled to fun via DeepFreeze. My problem is if I look in the DF log on the local computer ( c:\\Program Files (x86)\Faronics|Deep Freeze\Install C-0\DLWuLogfile.log ) the KB4012215 was found and installed on March 16, 2017. If I view update history in Windows Update area I see the update. HOWEVER, if I go to Installed Updates I can not find the update. I can not uninstall or install update. When the IT security manager runs scans on the campus computers some of these computers in the lab are being flagged as vulnerable to the WannaCry.
It is like the file or log from the DF Window updates isn't updating the Windows Updates files or something. I am certainly no expert in this situation and hoping for some help. Thanks in advance. (hope I made sense)
