Problem with SFC Output and stuff

My SFC output is apparently missing or corrupt. I tried sfc/scannow and it didnt work. i tried the dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and its still the same way. I checked with windows update troubleshooter and it still says SFC Output: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. If you need anything else to understand what the problem is, just ask and ill get it back to you. Thanks for the help!

Let's grab the logs and see what's going on here:

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

1. [sfcfixdownload]Download SFCFix[/sfcfixdownload] (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
2. Download the attached file, SFCFix.txt, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.txt - do not rename it.
3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.txt.
5. Drag the file SFCFix.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
6. SFCFix will now process the script.
7. Upon completion, a log should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Hi David,

Thanks for the logs, but unfortunately they didn't reveal any issues.

1. Press the Windows Key+R to bring up the run box.
2. Type services.msc and press Enter.
3. Double click on Windows Modules Installer.
4. Change the Startup type to Manual.
5. Click OK.
6. Reboot.
7. Try running SFC again and let me know if it works.
