Problem with sfc integrity check on windows server 2012r2

Good afternoon. I had several BSODs (bad RAM problem) on my server. After replacing RAM, there was a problem with checking the integrity of files in Windows Server 2012r2 .Any methods using the original image or any commands did not give a positive result. I ask you to help solve this problem if possible.

Hi,

Below a fix for 1 of the 2 corruptions to start with.

Step 1:
WARNING! The following fix is specific to the user's system in this thread only. No one else should follow these instructions, as it could damage your system.

Download

SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.
SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply.

Step 2:

Run the tool

ComponentsScanner again.
Once complete, a report will be saved to your desktop called ComponentsScanner.txt.
Attach that file to your next reply.

Install Update with DISM

Download the update MSU here: https://catalog.s.download.windowsu..._4ce1d89ccbd1e1794a407b9e10106c0af08d2e17.msu
Copy the MSU file to a convenient location (such as C:\temp).
Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

cd C:\temp
replace C:\temp with your path if different

expand windows8.1-kb3000483-x64_4ce1d89ccbd1e1794a407b9e10106c0af08d2e17.msu -f:* C:\temp

DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp\windows8.1-kb3000483-x64.cab
You should receive the message:
The operation completed successfully.
Make sure to allow the computer to restart if prompted.
If you receive any other message:
Post a screenshot of the Commandprompt window.
Zip and attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Great. The log ComponentsScanner.txt is clean.

Run the command sfc /scannow in an elevated commandprompt and report the result.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

Maybe you provide some files to fix another machine if you like.
Please run following scan to see if your machine contains the files I'm looking for.

FRST Scan:

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
Press the Fix button.
The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
Attach the logfile Fixlog.txt to your next reply.
