After installing a program from the Jaguar website that is used to configure the Official Panasonic laptop for use with their dignostic SDD program I get an error message when starting Windows 7 saying that netutils.dll is not working. I cannot delete this as it sems to be protected and sfc / scannow has not fixed it. I enclose the SFCFix.log which also could not fix it. The laptop is an Acer EeePc not the approved Panasonic machine and maybe this has caused the problem. I would be very grateful for advise as to how to fix the problem.
